Sarah just wants to tell everyone…That Sarah has FINALLY got the Internet!!! It is an amazing concept, but after months of complaining of the lack of Internet and the millions of calls they have finally blessed Sarah with the World Wide Web. Sarah didn’t know that there is a world outside of Japan and is really surprised!!!! Therefore, Sarah will write about Sarah’s Krasy life, so the world can know what this Krasy American is doing in the Krasy INAKA (country-side) of Japan!!!!
On Another Note:
Sarah would like to know why Japan is soooooo poor??? Watching the News, Sarah has learned that many traffic lights need to be replaced in Tokyo. Why is that important??? Well, there are some 3,000+ traffic lights that need to be replaced in Tokyo alone. These traffic lights are dangerous and there have been injuries from this lack of maintenance. Now, if this was happening in America, theses lights would be replaced because of the safety factor or maybe because if an injury was caused someone would be sued. The Japanese government can only afford to replace half of the traffic lights!!! So, which ones do you replace? These traffic lights are like 45+ years old!!! Sarah just doesn’t understand!!!
Sarah is complaining about this “Lack of Funds” because of 2 reasons.
1. Sarah found out that Sarah’s city is getting rid of the JET PROGRAMME because of high COSTS!!
2. Apparently Sarah’s school can’t really afford the electricity bill because of the lack of funds. So everyone must make sure they conserve, which isn’t a bad thing…but just this constant excuse of having NO MONEY!!!
Sarah just doesn’t understand!!! “Why???,” Sarah asks!!!! “WHY????”
